Basic Information Security Policy
Asurion Japan Holdings G.K. will continue to improve and maintain the information security management system (ISMS) in order to protect our customer and company information assets.
While working on this, we will focus heavily on the following points:
- We will strive to maintain and improve information security with employees and stakeholders as well as members of the board.
- In order to prevent and suppress the occurrence of security accidents such as information leakage, unauthorized access, destruction, tampering, etc., we will plan and implement appropriate information security measures (human measures, physical measures, and technical measures) .
- In the event of a security incident such as information leakage, we will promptly take corrective measures and report the situation to relevant stakeholders without delay.
- We will continuously carry out internal education and awareness raising activities.
- We will implement continuous improvement and review of management system and information security measures by monitoring, auditing and reviewing these systems.
- We will comply with laws and regulations, guidelines, in-house rules determined by ourselves and contracts related to information security ties with external affiliated organizations.
